I don't particularly like any of our RBs... Green can't stay healthy... and so for neither can Brown... I did like what I say out of Slaton... sure hope we keep him on the team.
Far game tonight IMO... exactly what I'd expect a pre-season game to be. Shaub looked good even with having AJ...
He'd be a bigger jerk than Saban if he does go now... sad situation.. .he's going ... he's not going...
I actually think he's staying at LSU now. But we'll see.
No way they make the playoffs this year... but I think if the Texans can finish up with 7 or 8 wins then it was a darn good year... especially considering that the OL still sucks, we have no real RB, and the injuries have KILLED us this year.
Fix the OL next year and this is a totally...
Just chimming in... I thought the Texans played well today. I was EXTERMLY surprised to see them get a sack on the Browns.... the Browns entire turn around this year has been their offensive line. They have one of the best lines in the league this year which has given Anderson time to throw...
true... but Cribbs has a 32.8 average on kickoff returns with 2 TDs... and at least one more that I can think of that was called back... he is a serious threat to return one any time you kick to him... Jones was that way IMO prior to his injury.
We Clevelanders have felt the same way... of course for both franchises you have to win before you get the love I guess... unfortunately both cities had a long history of winning before our teams were ripped away
Ok,
Just wanted to let everyone know about the best Browns Board out there... their main page (Clevelandbrowns.com) has a message board but it blows and is poorly managed.
The best browns board is http://www.dawgtalkers.net/ some very good posters over there. There is a Texans forum on...
Ahhhh the Browns game! Finally!
As some might know I am a Browns fan first and a Houston fan second... so unfortunatly for the Texans I have to root against (only time I will do so unless they meet my Browns in the playoffs).
This should be a VERY exciting game! Two very good offenses...
It's not the only reason but he sure helps!
Baltiwhore should have kicked it out of bounds a couple times lst week... the guy has skills and should be in the pro-bowl this year.
But with JJ and Cribbs you could see a kick return for a TD on either side.
Beanie is strong as an ox and fast as hell! But I gotta agree... not sure what his durability will be... he's got one more year in college though, so we'll see if he can shack off that injury bug.
Mike hart is a HECK of a running back... but damn was i happy to shut him up. LOVED his quote...
we'll see... only chance Texans have is if they can get pressure on him... if he has all day to throw he will pick Houston apart....
but like I said... it should be a good game because neither offense is very good.
Plus special teams could be huge. With both Cribbs for Cleveland and...
Are you kidding me?? I LOVE DA right now but Quinn is the future... DA is still way to inconsistent and makes really dumb plays at times... Edwards and Winslow have really bailed him out this year. I can see the Browns trading DA either at the end of this year or perhaps letting Quinn sit for...
cleveland has had some very close games... but they've also found ways to lose... Blocked FG against Oakland and losing a 17 pt lead and missing a late FG against Pitt have hurt them... could easily be 8-2
Yep - that'll teach me!
Darn it! My rep on a message board just went down!
And God Forbid that I actually expect a professional football player to keep his cool or at the very least say something semi intelligent after a football game... especially when talking about a guy who got...
