I love the way the Texans are startinng to stock pile and focus on different teams to bring top talent in. Right now, Miami and Virginia Tech take up 4 roster sports respectively, and both teams showcase speed, athleticism, smarts, and the flexibility of playing multiple positions. Even with Colorado St. having 4 on the roster, they have picked up value and guys that have a nose to play football! Great job Kubs & Smith!!

Virginia Tech: Duane Brown (OT) Brandon Frye (OT/OG) Andre Davis (WR/KR) Xavier Adibi (OLB/ILB/ST)

Miami : Andre Johnson (WR) Eric Winston (OT) Rashad Butler (OT) Chris Myers (C)

Colorado State : David Anderson (WR/PR) Mike Brisel (OG) Joel Dreesen (TE) Jesse Nading

* Looks like Possibly 5 Starters and 3 excellent role players.

GM's and Coaches tend to look for players at schools that are productive and make the team better. Look ouot for more to be added to the roster over the years......:fans:

Don't forget Notre Dame!

-Anthony Weaver
-Glenn Earl
-Darius Walker

Cool post! Obviously it's not always the case, but I think a HUGE factor are specific positions/schemes they play in and why we may target them- easier to translate if we're utilizing a similar scheme. Butler/Winston/Myers on the OL from Miami... going after Virg. Tech OL...and even have Pitts and Salaam both from San Diego State.

I'll be looking at South Carolina's secondary to see what DB's may be leaving since two great we have are Dunta Robinson and Fred Bennett- both gamecocks.

Sounds like West Virginia's OL is set up similar to ours- good place to start looking for O-linemen + RB's maybe.

Sorry Shaft.....How can I forget the Irish....lol. Only kidding. Those guys have been productive too, and hopefully Weaver and Earl will play to expectations. As for DArius, may be tough sledding.

I dont give a damn what school they are from as long as they are quality NFL football players .

Obviously, right now the Browns would rather have Anderson.

True.
Quinn appears to be more MelHairGel hype than anything else. Apparently the guys who's salaries were paid by NFL teams and not sports channels thought so too.
