Does anyone know the way teams go about acquiring undrafted free agents? Do they have to get an agent to talk to teams or how..anyone?

Undrafted players are free to negotiate any contract they can to play for the Houston Texans, or any other team.
Just like you or me. :-)

I here and now publicly declaring my availability for the 2009 draft!
I can only imagine that the reason I was not selected in this year's draft is that I did not make a timely announcement of my availability. Now everyone will be ready to draft me in 2009.
