Corey Bradford, and the butterfingers

Now, it's my opinion the guy can't hold on to the ball, and I got this impression for one reason or another.

I would be thankful if someone could support or blow holes into this opinion I have of him.

Who better than the folks that see him play every game?

Corey Bradford is a nice guy and a player with some real talent. Having said that I have to honestly say that Corey is going to drop some balls that are literally right there. He's also going to make some catches that make you just shake your head at how amazing that was. Then he's going to drop a couple more gimmies. From time to time though he's a dagger in the defenses heart. He can break one easy and he can't be ignored when he's out there. Only problem is that he'll break your heart almost (not quite) as much as he does the other teams.

It's a real shame too because like I said he's a good guy with talent who I spent some time talking to a couple of years ago. I like him. Unfortunatly liking him isn't enough. He is what he is so don't expect him to come up there and be a master of consistency. That's not what he is.

Corey had 3 drops in the 2004 season and 1 in the 2003 season, so not too bad the last couple of seasons. Don't have the number for 2002, but his drop rate was substantially higher when he was the #1 guy.
