Questions for Vincent Jackson

Jackson (6'4 230 from Northern Colorado) has made himself the most physical prescence at the combine and has moved his stock up to a first rounder. I have the privilage to talk to Vincent over the next few weeks and was wondering if yall have any questions for him that you guys want him to answer tonight. Let me know. I'm calling in about an hour

I would be interested to know a few things.

1. How he thinks he compares to the other WRs in this draft like Williams, Edwards, Williamson, White, and Clayton?

2. What aspect of his game that he thinks will serve him best in the NFL?

3. What aspect of his game he thinks will need the most work in the NFL?

4. How he thinks he'll perform against top level NFL CBs?

5. How did he feel about his performance at the combine?

6. What part of the combine was the most challenging or what part made him the most nervous?

I'm doing an interview with him for KFFL.com sometime in the next few weeks, tonight I'm just talking about how it was, teams interested, teams he's interested in and what he noticed about the other guys

Ask him how glad he is to be out of Greeley. :D

My parent live just down the street from the UNC campus.

Ask him which NFL quarterback best suits his playing style.
Does he want a quarterback like Manning who throws all the time?
Does he want a quarterback like Brady who's proven to win championships?
Or does he want a quarterback that he could grow with, like David Carr, Byron Leftwich, Eli Manning, Drew Brees...etc?

just got off the phone with VJ:

Here's all I could get out of him and it wasn't much:

A lot of teams are interested in him; he talked to almost every team at the combine.

Teams aren't really concerned that he played 1-AA, but that was the main question he got at the combine

He was satisfied with his workout at the combine (ran a 4.42 in the 40) so will only bench at the pro day March 23rd.

Wasn't heavily recruited in High School

Credits his trainer in Arizona for his excellent showing.

the KFFL.com interview will be a lot more informative. I think the agents kept his mouth sealed to everyone for awhile. Sorry I couldn't get more for you guys.

something else is he bummed out his shoulder (jammed it) at the senior bowl but kept on fighting...good player, good guy, would make a good texan

only problem...can you say top 25 pick now?
