Pro Bowl

The Pro Bowl is the worst All-Star game of any sport. I can't watch more than 5 minutes before I get bored. JMO though

Oh, that. It wasn't too nice, but for the most part they get over things like that much sooner than fans do, e.g., Guode and Haynesworth. I think there are times that we are sitting home mad, they are out having beer together.

Giants beat the best team from AFC.

NFC "all stars" beat the AFC "all stars".

Guess thats why they play games Sunday and Monday. And sometimes Thursdays. And a few Saturdays.

The NFC had an unfair advantage since 13 of the players are used to playing together each week.

We should start a petition to petition the NFL to review this as it is obviously unfair and detrimental to the NFL.

You think so, huh??? Ask Matt Bullard what he thinks (to this day) about Karl Malone. They're human beings and can still hold a grudge - while saying all the right things in public....


Anyway, I said something to my buddy about Garcia to TO being awkward, as we were pulling the steaks off the grill. Then I showed him a picture of Garcia's wife...
 
I watched almost the entire game, just to see Demeco. He played pretty well, and then I read this dumb article, the author says don't believe the AP hype and the goes on to hype AP.

The play were Demeco missed the tackle on AP, they only had 10 guys on the field, the writer acts like Demeco is claiming that, like it is speculation. He needs to watch the tape. There was no OLB on that play, and two holds by the offense, without that there is no TD.

No doubt, AP is a tremedous talent and what he could potentially do is mind numbing, but he has to stay healthy and consistent to even have a chance at it. Let's discuss his durability in 3 years and see how he is progressing. He has to be on the field to be great. Only time will tell.

And what the heck, Barber and Westbrook got no playing time, Barber had a really strong run and then I didn't see him the rest of the game.

A gorgeous wife proves no more than a woman having GQ guy. Appearance great, reality, only those involved know for sure. I have no reason to believe Garcia's preference one way or the other, and don't care. But someone gorgeous of the opposite sex proves nothing but good taste.

My opinion has nothing to to with Garcia or what TO said. I once worked with a guy who was a jaw dropper, work stopper when he showed up. He met and married a young lady who was simply beautiful. A few years and a couple of kids down the road the marriage ended because simply beautiful fell in love and moved in with another woman and left him and the kids.

The answer was about perception. A gorgeous spouse counts not more than an ugly one if one has interests elsewhere. If Garcia still gets the last laugh, then good for him. The same has been said about TO.

Dude, I am not going to argue the merits of your 'Rock Hudson was married' argument...

Anyway......
TO (the ass-clown that he is) made an insidious remark towards Garcia about his sexual preference. Given that, Garcia throwing the ball to TO was awkward yesterday.... Period.

If I was Garcia, I would question TO's sexuality since you never see TO with women...

What Owens said was totally out of line and a scumbag thing to do, especially when Garcia is the QB of San Francisco and its huge gay population. He can't come out and viciferously deny it because then it looks like he has some problem with gay people. Owens knew what he was doing and it was classless.

Owens was basically making a sly comment on how Garcia's voice, mannerisms and to some shallow extent, appearance sets off a lot of people's Gaydar. He does sound a bit effeminate and he comes off a bit gay at times, but that doesn't mean he is gay. He just has a squeaky voice and is pretty metrosexual so Owens said what a lot of players probably joke about, purely in jest because they know he is a playa but he that he still sets off gaydar. He's married to a hottie and is very involved in the community. Pretty much an open book.
