The 2005 cap issue is officially no longer an issue. The Titans have gone from 21.5mil over the limit to 22.34mil under. This has happened from many deals that have gone through that will not be released to the public until February or March.

Are the Adelphia accountants cooking the Titans' books? Probably a good idea not to release these "deals" to the public, lest they do another stretch in the Federal pen.
