Mr McNair on 610 this morning, asking fans to PLEASE come in early for the game...He says the teams feeds off the excitemnt from the fans! Love the fact our fans tailgate, but we need to get in to the game before kickoff.
Said getting Schauby, giving up 2 2nd rounders was like giving up a 1st rounder, which is what you would have to do to get a great qb in the draft.

Talked about defense, needing to learn the game-leverage, using hands, learn techniques, so it takes a little time.
Said Amobe has learned he can play at this level, and our 8 d line guys can rotate and stay fresh.

Learning curve with ownership, coaches and GM Rick Smith, very focused, very disciplined, going after players that ONLY fit our system. Not going for just athletes like the past front office, now we go get guys that fit our system.
We're better on offense, defense and special teams, better coaching staff, better scouting staff, we have improved.
Talking about 17th regular season game, said it's a real possibility, having a game overseas. Said the thing to do is play 17, have 3 pre-season games, and not take one away from your home fans.
