What was it?

"If you could be anything other than a professional football player, what would it be and why?"

I am really amazed that such a cheesy question made it. But it's always a curiosity as to what someone would do besides what they currently do.

what was his response?

Don't you guys have anything better to do than worry about how many times someone wants to type some words on a computer.

Said he'd be a coach.

I tried to get the rest of his response, but the kids were all sorts of shouting and carrying on cause old Dad got 'famous'.

Holy Cow he answered my question too!

I missed the live fee and just got home from work.

It was the question right before yours i think.

"What have you learned the most from playing sports and what would you like to pass on to young athletes?"

His response was something like "Play every game like its your last...."

cool.

Didn't they figure out a few years ago 666 was wrong/incorrectly interpretted or translated?

I thought I saw on the history channel or some such that the thinking was that 666 was hidden code for the Emperor Nero, the scurge of Christians at the time of the writing of Revelation. That's my recollection. I make no pretense to be an expert, and assume that if the historical reference (Nero, time of Revelation being written) is inaccurate, then I shall be corrected.

Man, I've been busy with a sick kiddo.

Houston has dry heat? Jacoby isn't the sharpest knife....good thing he can run.

It's like a sauna going to my parents mailbox (In Spring).....maybe Jacoby hasn't seen the difference between Central Texas and Gulf Texas....definitely no dry heat around Houston.

I met an eldery danish lady a few months back here in DK, it turns out her son lives and works in Houston and that she frequently visits him. I asked her if she liked the humidity and she responded 'Houston is not humid, it's very dry'... I told her to get out of the AC'ed house.. :)

Yea, I kind of chuckled at that one as well.

People up here in Southwest Kansas, and other parts of the country, say that the heat up here is 'dry heat'. I'll tell 'em that the heat in my oven is 'dry heat' as well, and I COOK with that! Couple that with the winds of 20-30 MPH which blows almost always every day, and that's what a 'convection' oven is.

I am actually quite surprised that you don't know that 90% of people who have never been to Houston think that it's a dry heat down here. When people think of Texas, the first thing that normally comes to their mind is a Wild Wild West scene, complete with a cowboy and tumbleweed.

"That, so they say that, in ya know like, Houston or something, you'd
say it's a hundred and eighty degrees, but it's a dry heat. In Houston they say that? Oh, maybe not. I'm all mixed up. Dry until they hit the swimming pool."
