Are there any active or past NFL left armed QB's?

If so, how does this affect the RT and LT?

Does the LT flip over to the right side? Do they stay where they are, but is it different for them?

I would imagine the better or more athletic Tackle would be assigned to the QB's blind side... Also the receivers have to adjust as well - as the ball spins opposite of what they are typically used to...
 
Yeah, Bill got the ones I know of.

It does affect the RT and LT positions in the sense that you want the better, more talented pass protector taking care of the quarterback's blindside, which has obviously switched.
 
There are, and have been, alot of left arm guys. And to the best of my knowledge, it does flip the tackles and the recievers to. I think, not 100% on that.

Offenses now a days are somewhat ambidextrous (other than protecting the QB's blind side and sometimes a team runs better to one side over the other), therefore the defenses will still line up their Sam LB to the strong side of the formation and likewise with the Will LB - whichever side the offenses' formation lines up to...

I see defensive players all over the field, doesnt matter who the QB is.
It will probably depend more on how the coaching staff put down the game plan. Most likely, they would have that factor in. But IMO, I would worry more about Peyton and McNabb right now, in general.
 
offense is about creating and defense is about destroying, so teams will tend to try to exploit the qb's blind side with speed many times a game...so you have to set your offense up for this and make sure your guys can handle the various blindside speed rusher(s) that you know are going to come at one time or another.

Since you have an odd number of men on the field and your QB under center, you will always tend to have a strong side and a weak side, so the blocking help tends to go to the blindside when you are passing (unless you have one of them super delux Tackle guys that are hard to find).
