I haven't seen anything on the schedule. But, openseats.com has a date for the Texans on August 5th. I think that may be a scrimmage game (similar to what the Texans and Dolphins had back in '04). Don't know who they would play, but I'd guess it would be the Broncos.

I thought they released the Preseason schedule before the regular season schedule, but yes, your right the full schedule is released on the 5th.

Maybe the Houston and Atlanta will be a national televised game.........

Think about a late season game, especially if Schaub is playing well

Houston does not have any Monday night games. If we were playing well and if Atl was too and if it is later in the season, then its a possibility.

Our best bet to get a national televised game will probably be against Tennessee if we are both doing well, because that is what the media still likes to harp on. But I hope not.
Because I hope that the Tennessee Traitors lose every game.

We also have a chance when we play New Orleans. Just imagine... Every time RB touches the ball we'd hear "And the Texans could have had him..."

The schedule will be announced on the 5th on ESPN. I don't know what time. The preseason schedule should be out sometime around then also. Expect Denver to play here, at Tampa for the final game, and one with the Cowboys (I think here, but you never know). KC or St Louis is my guess at the others. The only two on that list I'm confident on is Denver and the Cowboys. The clubs set their own preseason schedule so the announcements will say the teams will play between Thursday and Sunday at a TBA time. The home games at Reliant will be Saturday at 7pm. The Texans like that time as do other factions.

We play Denver here in the regular season so I doubt they'll be here in preseason. We also play Tampa and KC in the regular season as well.

We've done it before. I know we did it with Denver and Tampa. We've played Tampa for the final game of the preseason 5 seasons in a row (in other words, every preseason we've ever had).

No kidding... (darn filters)

We have not played Tampa here during the regular season. We have also not played Denver here in the regular season. My point was that I doubt we have teams on the preseason schedule here that we play here during the regular season. I guess we'll find out next Thursday. Of course, by then, this board will be gone and whichever one of us is right will have no proof...

It would be pretty cool to see the Texans with Schaub playing a night game against Miami (if Carr winds up starting there)..
