Have we improved?

Same record as last year at this time? Two wins over the titans because the titans are a team in decline, one win against a poor raiders team, one win against a down kc team, and one win against the jags. More blowouts this year than the past two years. We had more quality wins last year and played harder last year with less talent. My conclusion is we have more talent on this team, however, we have not improved overall at this point over last season.

Texans are still making the same mistakes and coming up short as in the past seasons. You can depend on them making the turn over at the worst time and giving up the big play!! Sure, they've cut down on the sacks. But the sacks are still coming just in time to stop a potential tying or game-winning drive!!

this is an easy answer...no we have not improved this year...we are still a subpar team and this year we are playing with less heart...some of the veteran players are obviously upset with the coaching staff and we need a more aggresive play calling coaches on both sides of the ball...i think we have good position coaches at the DB, LB, and WR spots but everyone else shouldn't be relaxed with their job security if i was them...we have a lot of room for improvement and that's sad to say...we should be almost where we need to be to get to the playoffs but we seem to be declining as of late

The answer is, no. This team has not improved in the least and has regressed. At least they competed against good teams last year. They may win one more game than last year but this season has been a step backwards in my opinion.

we snuck in a carolina win last year. I think improvement would have been winning a couple of games we shouldnt have won like the jets or an indy. The bleep will hit the fan if we lose to the bears.

I keep waiting for the special teams to do something desperate like go for blocking a punt or lateraling a kick/punt return. What could they lose? The Seattle Seahawks used to live on special teams in the 80's when their team stunk!! A few times it actually paid off.

Good post and yes it will. Sad part is, I think we're gonna lose a close one in Chicago. We bite on the road and I think the weather is gonna be hard on us. The outcome of that game will be important, unless we actually manage to win in Jacksonville, which I SERIOUSLY doubt.
