RAMS SIGN BENNETT

A league source tells us that the Rams have agreed to terms with receiver Drew Bennett.

We're told that the deal will average $4.5 million per year.

Bennett spent the first six years of his career with the Titans.

He would have looked sweet in a Texans uniform...

Man when will the NFL learn you dont sign titan free agents?:stirpot:
Robaire Smith
Kevin Dyson
Samari Rolle
Steve McNair
Andre Dyson
Javon Kearse
Derrick Mason
Lance Shulters
Justin Mcariens
Billy Volek
Justin Hardwick
Fred Miller
Eddie George
Robert Holcomb

Maybe we can just shoot ourselves in the foot right now.

There is good reason Lelie has been bounced out of two teams, he's no good.

He "bounced" out of Denver because following his 1000 yards season the team decided to get Walker and move him to the 3rd receiver spot (which means almost no catches in Denver's scheme) and "bounced" out of Atlanta because he had a running back throwing the ball at him (not to him). He could be a productive addition here.

I swear, some people arnt going to be happy with FA unless we sign Clements, Thomas, Hamlin, and trade for Peyton Manning...

Are the Texans doing anything?
I'm beginning to think we're going to be a day late and a dollar short on anything of substance. I'm not saying break the bank or sign players just to sing them. But either someone's asleep at the wheel, the FO is content on waiting for the draft and playing for a high draft pick next year, or players just don't want to come to Houston... :stirpot:

That's what I thought last year. Mike Nolan and the front office seemed to be taking their time. But we actually had a decent offseason and came away with some okay signings. Save Antonio Bryant.
