I think the Texans have made NFL history and possibly all of football by making Frank Bush the Senior Defensive Assistant.

I cannot find a single title of this nature anywhere... even a google search comes up with nothing 12 pages deep.

Sooooo three cheers for the first senior defensive assistant in the NFL!!

I was wondering why nobody else was hiring senior defensive assistants. O well there goes having the first black senior defensive assistant down the tube too.

Looks like the Falcons and the Saints use them. I've never seen one before.

I wonder if they will ever cap the size of coaching staffs. They are starting to push up into the 20-30's in size.
