Could happen, gotta say I would be rooting for Billy. One of my favorite original Texans, heres hoping he gets a ring. What say you guys/gals?
 
If Billy still plays for the Saints, I gotta root against him. That's all the Texans need now is Bush with a SB ring in his rookie year.

Exactly. If the Saints win a Super Bowl in Bush's rookie campaign, we'll never hear the end of it.

We arent going to hear the end of it anyway so why not root for a team from a city in ruins and with an ex-Texan favorite on it?
 
Smart football people know it has more to do with Drew Brees and Deuce McCallister. Their offfseason would have already started if that team still had Aarron Brooks running the show.

Yes, but what percentage is that? Way too many people will see only:

Draft Bush = win SB.

Draft Mario = 6-10.

So you're saying if the Saints were to win the SB its because of Bush, and had we drafted him we would have had the same good fortune ?

No, that is very far from what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that many people will think what you just said, mainly because people want to believe hype.
 
fact of the matter is that Bush is an asterisk on that team. Brees, Deuce, Colston, Horn, Fujita(sp).. those are the stars of that team.

Bush is a contributor, not a keystone.

That's what I say. But I want to see Saints VS Colts... and Miller scoring on the Colts ( or even an assist ).

but then again its not like something like this happens to just us...it happens to all NFL teams
 
I'll take Gaff jus' 'cos he is on the Patriots and I actually don't mind them... but I wouldn't be too upset if Billy got it as well, especially if he was to score...
