The Browns are hurting

I was just on the Browns Web site. One of the articles had some interesting information for the Mario and Ryans Crew:

"The Browns started their final week of practice without eight injured players -- they listed 12 as questionable on Wednesday's injury report. Browns coach Romeo Crennel said both starting guards, Joe Andruzzi (knee) and Cosey Coleman (ankle), are "nicked up" and would be evaluated as the week progresses.
Coleman said it was unlikely he would be able to play. 'We need at least one of those guys to be able to go on game day,' Crennel said. 'That's that we're hoping for.'
Lennie Friedman has been the top backup guard all season. Crennel said rookie Rob Smith would be the other starter if both Andruzzi and Coleman can't play."

Also, in the fan poll section, it asked which Houston Texan that the Browns should be worried about. Here are the results aso of 1:15 p.m. today:

David Carr 12.14%
Ron Dayne 36.07%
Andre Johnson 29.16%
Jason Babin 0.83%
Mario Williams 14.15%
DeMeco Ryans 7.66%

Williams and Ryans are getting the diss! Time to wreck some havoc on their weakened O-line!
:texan:

Well, Ron Dayne and AJ combined take a lot of what Ryans and Williams would have gotten otherwise, so it does kind of make sense. Also, Willaims and Ryans both can't say that sacks are really their strong points this year, so they won't get noticed as much as they would otherwise by teams that they haven't seen yet.

I can see all those players being on the poll except Jason Babin. Have the Browns even heard of Babin?

...yeah, the Browns were hurting the entire year of '04--laughing stock of the NFL--right before they 'looked' like SB Champs against us...

We had a chance to step-up out of the loser's bracket but-instead-laid a team 'egg'.........

For the year, the Browns had 20 something sacks but got 6 against us.....

...which Texans will step-up and lead us to victory Sunday?...surely, the team won't let history repeat itself--'c mon, David, be the man and lead us to victory!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't it just be really nice to just whup a team for once?

Be strong Texans and don't let up for the last game of the season.
