Funny how he is one of the defensive player of the year finalists on nfl.com but cant make the pro bowl....

Anyways he's at 4 % so pick him up everyone!!!
 
I saw that earlier. I don't think he's the best out of that group but the fact that he's being mentioned with players like that as a rookie speaks a ton.
 
It would be hard for Ryans to win it this year with the way Jason Taylor has played. But like the previous poster said......it's great for him to be mentioned with a group like that.
 
Just being on that list is a big honor for him and represents much deserved
rcognition. Afterall, he's the only rookie on that list.
 
Jason Taylor should win it.....Demeco should take Def. ROY ! Won't vote for him for Def. Player of the year just because he is a Texans. Taylor deserves it, and Demeco deserves Def. ROY !
 
I think Demeco is one of the top five linebackers in football this year. To stretch that into Defensive Player of the Year is a bit much, but I voted for him on the poll anyway :)

Jason Taylor will probably win it, IMO. Bailey has a good chance if the Broncos win a playoff game.
 
I would love for DeMeco to win it...he's played like a beast this year...but he hasn't outplayed Jason Taylor. That guy's been a madman all over the field under our former head coach, and he certainly deserves it (I think he deserves a nomination for MVP myself...but that obviously won't happen).
 
I did already. DeMeco name is up for Defensive Player of the Year and only rookie on this group. Should this means he is locked for DROY? I really hope he get DROY. He deserves it.

This confirms that the pro bowl is a joke.

The players that were voted ahead of him at his position aren't even on this list.......that is sad.
