Frank Gore was named starting running back of the NFC Pro-Bowl Roster. Tiki Barber and Steven Jackson are the RB reserves.

Gore said on Monday he planned to take his coach, his offensive line, and his fullback Moran Norris, who also happens to be his best friend on the team, with him to Hawaii if he made it.

“He worked hard and he deserved it,” said Norris. “That’s a man’s reward, going to the Pro Bowl, and I look forward to going out there with him.”

With Tuesday’s announcement, he’s looking to get some assistance on footing that big bill for the trip since his lineman Larry Allen was also selected to the Pro Bowl, the 11th time for Allen.

yeah Frank Gore has turn into one of my favorite players, behind some texans players of course, but for sure my favorite Runnin Back (till DD comes back), lol, but as soon as i heard that the 49ers got rid of barlow i knew frank gore was gonna be good, GOOD JOB FRANK
 
better catch him now people, this guy is the next big thing. the next tomlinson. that's no exaggeration. he does it all. and he does it all very very well.

and soon as that defense starts making plays, san fran will be winning the division with ease.

haha, oh no forgot about dayne, how can't you love a former heisman winner, and one of the biggest busts in NFL history :ok:
 
hardly a bust. not many people thought he'd be that great in the NFL, and his career really hasn't been that bad, compared to most busts.
