I just hope we have a resolution to the issue of David Carr's furture
with the Texans during the upcoming off season. One way or the other.
But I dunno, somehow I have a feeling it won't be that cut and dried.
The only way we are going to have any kind of resolution with David Carr, is if we fix the OL.
The only way we are going to fix the OL is with another QB.
with that in mind, I beleive David will finish the rest of the season as the starter.
There will be open competition for the starter job in the offseason......
Carr will "win" the #2 spot.
Our starting QB is going to perform better, and our OL will look fixed early next year.
our starter is going to get hurt, and David is going to come in.
He's either going to save the day, or bomb....... if he saves the day, all the Carr
will say, "See I told you"
If he bombs, all the Carr
are going to say, "We've had injuries to our offensive line, and they aren't the same guys keeping our starter safe"
If he bombs, our third string guy will come in, and we'll find out if our OL is still broke or not.
By this time next year, we'll have an answer..... just be patient.
