I predict 3 more wins this year. How 'bout you?

With 7 games left & the Texans showing signs of a pulse, I believe that we'll win 3 of the remaing 7 games. And, possibly 4 games. 4 of the remaining 7 games are against teams with records like ours. Our offense is 24th in the league, while our defense is 27th. That's nothing to be proud of, but our defense has shown signs of life & our offense has been able to move the ball through the air. With our remaining opponents looking like this.....

Buffalo (3-6)

Offense: 31st
Defense: 21st

NY Jets (5-4)

Offense: 10th
Defense: 10th

Oakland (2-7)

Offense: 32nd
Defense:7th

Tennessee (2-7)

Offense: 27th
Defense: 32nd

New England (6-3)

Offense: 11th
Defense: 9th

Indianapolis (9-0)

Offense: 2nd
Defense: 16th

Cleveland (3-6)

Offense: 29th
Defense: 19th

.......,I think we can pick up 3 more victories. How many do you think we can win?

I'd say 4.. but possibly being as high as 6 IF Indy is sitting people by then and we are playing well enough to beat the teams we should.

I've been saying 6 wins since August, I see no reason to deviate from that now.

I think he means 6 total, not 6 more. Anyway, the realist in me says 3-4 because of injuries, but I would love to see us end up at 8-8.

5 wins in our final 7 games. That would not be a bad way to end the season. The Jets are a contender this year and Mangini has done an amazing job with that team. New England I think will still be fighting for their division with the Jets in Week 15 and the Pats have a much better team than we do. The Colts will have home-field wrapped up so they won't play their starters as much. I think we're better than Buffalo, Oakland, Tennessee, and Cleveland and I think we'll win all of those games. Would be nice to see us pull a Dolphins type run like they did last year though! Maybe we won't lose another game!

Yes, 6 total. I wouldn't be suprised at all at 7 or even 8 wins but I expect no more than 6.

Yes I agree, I already have 3 seperate bets with girls fans that we can't win 6.....just 3 more baby!!

My prediction from the pre-season was that we'd end up 5-11. BUT... I voted for 4 more wins because that's how many I think we have a really good chance of winning. Of course, fans from those other teams are also looking at us as a sure win, too.

7-9 would be really good for Kubiak. That would be an amazing season.

6-10 since pre-season. If that funny shaped ball bounce correctly a couple of times.... 7-9.

6 wins in Kubiak's first year would get me real excited about next year's possibilities. The upcoming draft & free agency would take on a brand new look & air of excitement.

With the exception of David Anderson, every draft pick has made a significant contribution to the team this year. And, we could've selected Marques Colston, instead of Anderson. If we had only known.

I reckon 4. I think we beat the Bills, the Titans and the Raiders, we lose to the Pats and the Colts and we win one of either the Jets or the Browns (both harder to beat this year than they've been given credit for). 7-9 would be more than respectable for the coaching staff's first year, IMHO.
