Calling us Titans? 2:28

I remember hearing that. Rich Gannon's gotten a few of his words confused today. He's called Eli Peyton once or twice as well.

Jeff Fisher got outcoached, Vince played like crap, and our WR weren't catching anything.

I don't remember if they said it yesterday but my personal favorite is when they call us the "Texas". Dumb*****es.

I'm willing to cut Gannon some slack. He's a pretty good color guy. I really appreciated his Carr analysis. He only called us the Titans once...tells me he's learned from his mistakes.

Steve Tasker, on the other hand is a d-bag. It seems like we've been forcefed his crap for the past 5 years.

I remember the Oilers had a pretty good run when another former Raider (Todd Christensen) called our games. Hopefully we can keep Gannon around and history repeats itself.

WTF. rewind DVR to 2:28 when Drob was laying on ground. The CBS arsehats call us Titans..

:hunter:
I noticed that while watching, but I don't think there was any city or franchise thing going on there. He just got the words "Titan" and "Texan" mixed up. Guess his mouth runs faster than his brain.

Warren Moon also called the "Titans" the "Texans" during his number retirement at halftime in Nashville. This tends to be a common trend not only because of the name sounding similar but also due to both team's Houston connection.

Warren probably did it on purpose, because he was probably mad he didn't get to do that whole thing in Houston. :)
