cant wait! tomorrow our offense is going to be throwing it all over the place. :play: the defense learned something from the past couple of weeks and our blitz packages are going to have culpepper running scared. :francis: i also predict that our number one pick breaks out and has the doubters all jumping on the super mario bandwagon. :bowdown: then everybody does the happy dance after a bunch of good food, good beer, and a big win. :dance:

i hope ur right. i hope ur not just being the overoptimistic homer...

i would be spinning mad if we do alot of great things today on defense because im going to ask myself..."why the heck didnt they do this before?!!" better late than never i suppose. ill keep my hopes up, but i needa support the astros too so ill be tuning back and forth.
 
This is the week we win a game. If we are to win one and get back on the right track, this is the team to do it against. The Dolphins have been pretty futile so far, and if our 'O' line actually steps up, Carr should be able to pick the fin's D apart.
However we do need to go out and sign a running back, as I feel Ron Dayne just does not have enough left in him to be the featured back.:twocents:

LOL, on the NFL countdown pregame show (ESPN) they are giving much love to Marlon McCree as one of the reasons that the Chargers defense has improved so much since last year.
 
I predict Andre Johnson will have a good game since he went to school in Miami and some of his fam and friends will be watching him. If the Texans don't win today, then.... :yikes:

oh my, are we getting ready for a blowout again and a l in the lost column.We cant see to do anything and why do we watch the sorry texans play week by week..
 
I just want to see Richard Smith blitz. Culpepper has overly slow decision making so blitzing up the middle will set him us up to have alot of sacks.

I hope this doesn't say something about Kubiak and this new regime. Dom's "brain trust" had zero ability to identify talent. We signed losers, cut players and drafted duds. Starting Lundy all through preseason and in the first three games despite not looking like the best back on the team is still a head scratcher for me.

It seemed Lundy was the best RB with what was available before trades. Now in my opinion Gado gives us our best chance at RB.
 
I think an equal dose of Gado and Dayne could work this week. Give them both a chance to take the reigns of the running game. LETS GO TEXANS!!!

Similar to Wand going from being neck and neck for the starting position to being cut. Then they compound it by not bringing him back when Spencer goes out for the year.

That's the head scratcher for me, and it might be exposed today by Jason Taylor.
 
heres hoping for a good one. Id like to see Gado get some carries today. Defense needs to get pressure on culpepper early and not let him get in a groove. I gave up drinking until we get a win:brickwall it's been a long 3 weeks and i'm thirsty go Texans:redtowel:
 
I also noticed the empty stadium...I hope its just fans getting in late from their taligating festivities. Lord knows this team needs its fan support more now than ever.
