As we go into week 3, allot of people know it all. So now is the time to prove it. Pick the winners. No point spreads, no commentarys. The Monday Night game is the tie breaker. Pick the winner and total points scored. If there is a tie, the person that picks the closest to the total points scored will be the winner...

All entires MUST be post marked by Sunday @ noon. No late entries...

If J-villes defense plays as mean as they were against pitt, i think they might have a chance. keenan-- i mean byron leftwich needs to step his game up, IMO.

WELL, by my count (I have nothing else to do right now):

It was TexansLucky13. Several of us missed 4 games, but he predicted the lowest score for the Monday Night game.

Though it doesn't matter because of how the results played out, I'm not sure of the intention of the Tiebreaker. It was stated that the Monday Night game would serve as the tiebreaker. Does that mean that we only used our predictions for the Monday W/L if there's a tie for the Sunday predictions?

Yeah if there was a tie for the sunday games...then who ever got closest to the total score for the Monday game would be the winner

HomebredTexans (thread starter), TexansLucky13, and Super Mario all were wrong on 3 of the Sunday games, and were incorrect on the Monday night game, giving them 4 incorrect predictions. Myself and WWJD predicted 4 of the Sunday games incorrectly, but picked the Saints on Monday, 4 total incorrect. My question is: would the tiebreaker of total points on Monday apply to all five of us, or just HBtxns, TL13, and SM? Either way, TL13 wins, but I'm just curious like a cat (that's why they call me "Whiskers" *in Harrey Carrey voice*)

The actual winner of the Monday game doesn't matter from what I understand....The only thing that matters from that game is the total score....which is to be used as a tie breaker in the event that more than one person got the same number of games correct from Sunday's game...So the posters who got three games right are the ones who the tie breaker is for....Predicting the winner of that game was pointless basically....

Hmmm...I suggest a format change. The Monday night game is usually one of the most important of the week (not being a homer, just speaking in general terms). I think predicting its winner should count for something.

I think we should keep the same format and still use Monday night's game as the tiebreaker, just in two stages. The first tiebreak being picking the winner. Then if two people have the same score from sunday, and pick the same team to win on Monday, then go to total points scored. JMO.

Anyhoo, TexansLucky13 is the winner this week. :chicken:
