He needs to work on moving in the pocket, feeling pressure, throwing on the move, putting touch on the ball, reading coverages, making reads, accuracy, and not only not telegraphing but using his eyes and pump fakes to divert defensive backs. He also needs to work on leadership and taking personal responsibility for the team's offensive production as the field general.

He has good arm strength, and he can put the ball down and run. He has good completion percentages and touchdown to interception ratios.

Obviously he needs to invent a device that will open a wormhole in front of him with the exit in the opponents end zone.

Knew I was forgetting something. :)

No. 2 seems best. Maybe David Boston can come back home and become Carr's personal trainer.

But no nipple rings, please.

The middle three. It seems that no matter what he does, its wrong. According to the fans.

I choose none of the Above the answer should be Call Trent Dilfer the greatest QB to come out of fresno state an ask for some Lessons to be at least half the QB trent is:hides:

David carr should apply for a concealed gun license and carry a gun along with the football when he's dropping back. :cowboy1:

<sarcasm>I didn't see the option of asking Reggie Bush how to play quarterback. The 'savior' of the nfl should have something up his sleeve. </sarcasm>

he should answer the phone calls from the handfuls of teams that would take him over their starting qb, and go to a team that can keep him upright for more than 1 second.. before hes in a wheelchair at 30

Name one team that would be willing to take him.

David is doing as well, as should be expected. But anyone who thinks he is playing perfect games, or that he couldn't have done anything better to improve our chances of winning are just as delusional as the people who think he cost us the game.

The main thing I believe he needs to do, is to recognize when he has man coverage on one or both of our WR....... in those situations, he needs to throw the ball and let the reciever earn his money. Sure, he needs to take into account ball placement, and things like that.

He also needs to slow down........ I know it's not going to be easy, but there are times that he is given all day to decide and throw, and lately he's been rushing the throw.

the buccaneers??????????

Honestly the way he has played so far - minus the sacks - hasn't been all that bad. I wish this is how he would have started from the get go. Hopefully he's gets on the ball w/ the quickness, b/c it looks like everyone is ready to throw him under the bus if they haven't already.

Carr just needs to be more aggressive and drive that home to the O-line.

I seriously doubt any of those teams would be interested in DavidCarr.

Oakland has Walter, he is their future......... the Jets have all the QBs they can handle, Detroit has Kitna, McCown, & Orlovsky.... David doesn't offer them anything they don't already have. & TB gave away Griese..... why would they pick up Carr??

Not a knock against Carr.... but we can say that Carr hasn't had a fair chance, and the commentators can say we haven't protected him, but that's life, that's the NFL.

He hasn't proven that he can handle NFL Pressure.... he hasn't proven that he can beat any NFL team. When StLouis' 3rd string QB, and SFs Rookie whupped our team, that should tell you where David is on the list of NFL coaches. As far as talented QBs who can win games, he is not one of them.

Don't take this as Carr bashing, this is just reality. I'm impressed with Carr's game so far to date.... I'm optomistic about his talent, and his future with this team.

But a handful of teams??

c'mon.......
