LSU Got the Shaft

Well LSU chances at National Title just went down the toilet thanks to some pitiful officiating.

They have replay and couldn't even get it right. Everyone on TV is saying it was a bad call and very costly for LSU and that Replay was put in place to get these things right. Didn't work this time.

Oh Well man it was a monster game though. Both sides were just down right nasty on defense. Speed and monster hits on both sides.

Heck that would have been a good BCS Championship game

LSU a had chance at the end but their time management was terrible. I still think that LSU has a shot at the national title. Its just one loss to a very good team early in the year.
 
Well I can't see how they have a shot when the media and rest are already pretty much giving the title game to Ohio State and USC. I wouldn't be shocked to see Michigan jump ahead of Auburn.

Face it we play in the south and aside from LSU and Texas kicking some ass in the past few years to win the National Title we will continue to get little respect from the rest of the country.

Funny thing I heard alot about USC last night and poor Ohio State has pretty much already been put on the sidelines.

Ohhh man how about USC play somebody on a regular basis. Heck even I didn't think ND was all that they made them out to be.

Yep gotta face it Aubrun could run the table and LSU could win out but unless those types of teams such as USC, ND lose a bunch of games they will always come ahead of the powerhouse SEC teams

1 Loss isn't going to prevent any great team from competing for a national championship.

Auburn is clearly the better team though. They'll win the SEC.

Stop dreaming in this day and age with the way things are in college football unless all these teams lose a game or two LSU will not have a shot at it.

Also don't know what game you watched yesterday but can't say Auburn is the better team at all. LSU trounced them in the stat catagory. But the final score is what matters and Auburn scored a TD.

Course it didn't help that the refs gave them a little help on a few things.

Since when does beating a team 7-3 and having 200 less total yards make Auburn "clearly the better team" ?
 
I don't think the National Championship will be between undefeated teams this year. ND, UT, LSU, and some other schools I don't care about, have one loss each and might still make the championship.

I'm saying Auburn had 200 less total yards than LSU. The first dude said Auburn is "clearly" better. Anyone who watched that game knows it was easily one of the closest games in a long time. To say Auburn is "clearly" better is ridiculous.

In all fairness, you're right ... and that takes some doing for me to say that to a Titan fan ....

I'm an Auburn fan, have been since Shug Jordan was coaching .... to say I have a strong dislike for LSU is putting it mildly ....

Well regardless it was a monster game and I wish you guys the best of luck cause even though its Auburn I would still rather you guys play in the BCS than damn USC or Michigan.

Would rather it be us but we will have to come from behind which is hard to do with the schedule of some of the others..
