Good article from last year...

Article is a little outdated, Houston and the Jags had the same record last year and they have a better record than us this year. Look what they did to us in the second game last season, if anything we are the Jags ***** depending on what happens this Sunday.

But then again, we had Dave Ragone starting with Tony Hollings, about one year since surgery, starting. . .

WE MUST WIN This one!!!

If we dont, there is no way we (texans) can then go in to mile high to win. Or go into Indy to pull one off. Then Green bay? (I know they have been hot and cold as of late) if we dont win that could put us at 3-7 real fast. and finish with 6-10.

I believe we need to win this one so that we can put pressure on them to try and beat us. I hate to compare us to the Old Oilers but we always had more pressure to beat Pittsburgh than Pittsburgh had for us. Reason being is Pitt would win the games that mean something. This game means a lot to our season. If we win we can start thinking playoffs and see what happens from there. If we lose we have to see what happens before we can think playoffs. knowhatImean?

Thoughts, hmmm--how about it is silly to say that any game determines the result of any other game in the NFL. Will it effect the odds in Vegas, yes but then again all of the Texans wins except one so far have been against the odds.
 
I agree, in part, that this is a must win game. A win will pull us into basically a dead heat with the Jags and the Colts. A loss leaves us two games off pace with very difficult games @ Denver and @ Indy. It sure is fun though, to say that we need a win in order to propell us into a November and December battle for the division... How exciting could this season get if we go 2-1 over the next three weeks?!!!
