Orr/Sanders injuries...

I am probably late on this one. But I was listening to John McLains podcast http://images.chron.com/content/news/photos/blogs/sportscast/podcast_general081506.mp3 and he mentioned both Shante Orr and Lewis Sanders had to be helped off the practice field this morning. Not good. Anyone hear anything about these injuries???

I heard nothing about it, but this is not good news. Hopefully neither sustained any serious injury that will keep them off the field for any extended period of time. Thanks for the heads up.

The Associated Press reports Houston Texans LB Shantee Orr (heel) sat out practice Tuesday, Aug. 15, with a heel injury. The team's coaches believe the injury is minor and expect him to return soon.

I don't understand though, the first post says he sat out Tuesday's practice with a heel problem and the post after that says he left Tuesday's practice with an injury.
 
Yeah, the whole "carried off the field" thing never is good. Lets hope for the best! We soooo need both of these guys right now.

Thanks, doesn't seem like anything too bad to me, depending on how hard Sanders was kicked in the chin, ouch.

Spittin chichletts(sp) is not fun. Been there and done that.
 
Demeco Ryans also didnt practice because he tweaked his knee in the KC game its not serious though and coach said he will be ready to go.

I think Orr's injury is a little more than heat exhaustion. I don't remember when, but sometime during the game Orr looked like he hurt his shoulder or something, because it was bothering him after a tackle or assist. If anyone Tevod the game please go back and give your analysis or what really happened to him in the game. I think he took himself out of the game, but then returned.
 
He limped off after the play on which he was hit with a facemask flag. He went to the sideline where Wong talked to him briefly and shortly thereafter went back in the game.
