Colts preseason game

If I was a colts fan I would be so frustrated. When the game doesn't matter Peyton knifes straight through defenses, but in the playoffs he plays like crap. I don't understand it. How does a guy put up historic year after historic year during the regular season and then choke year after year.

I'd be frustrated also. I think Manning will win a Super Bowl eventually though. I don't worry too much about the Colts though. If your team is making the playoffs year after year, then your franchise isn't doing bad.

its a combination between the protection scheme and the 3-4 defenses
 
This game is making me smile. The Colts passing attack (at least when Manning was up) looked normal for preseason.... but the rushing attack is certainly suffering. They may not want to admit it, but it will take some time before their running game even approaches what it was when Edge was there.
 
OK, can someone please explain to me what that stupid noise is at the end of every play? It sounds like a zipper, robot, or something like that. It's obviously some stupid FOX special effect that is getting on my nerves.

i think it is official. in every broadcast that mentions bush, they mention the mistake houston made on passing him
 
If that announcer mentions Reggie Bush one more time I am going to send some hate mail.

And yes, I agree.... that corner needs to work a bit harder.

Mario has to be sitting at his house getting more and more pissed off. Think about it, how mad does it make you everytime you here the Reggie comments.

Imagine being "the guy", they say they can't believe was taken before Reggie, he has to have a major chip on his shoulder.

Yup. We can expect at least one of those from every announcer. Can you imagine how bad it would be for one of them to say that they *liked* our pick? They would lose their job. Houston gets no respect, ever.

You know what this game is telling me? The Colts are taking some serious pressure from a defense who had little to nothing in the terms of rush defense last year.... their line may finally be showing some wear. Also, after seeing the Steelers v. Colts game last postseason, many teams are gunna be rushing them more and more. I wonder how Dungy will counter this.

Maybe it is an HDTV thing. It got so annoying I turned the channel.
 
I'm a huge LSU fan and I will be the first to tell you that Joseph Addai isn't that good. When he was drafted in the first round i was like "what?!"

He had less than 1,000 yards last year. He's just a run of the mill "pretty good" back
 
Hmm... The Colts better hope that Dominic Rhodes can have a breakout year this year, because he really is their only hope. I think Dungy and crew are finally paying the price for overvalueing their passing attack. Sorgi sure doesn't look too stable, either. They really better hope Manning stays healthy.
