Can Bush and Young win superbowl with there teams?

No, here are the reason why Bush and Young will not win the Super Bowl with these two owners.
Yes, that's right Bush and Young will have hard time to win the super bowl with the Saint own by Benson, and Titian own by Bud Adams. In the mind of these two owners first priority are make money, make the playoff (Titian) and sell ticket.

Yes, Bush and Young got alot of talent but talent can only carry you so far, you need other positions to win the super bowl. This mean keep your good players, translate to spend more money, and these two owner will never do spending money.

Guess with that being said, they don't have to go play now----It is rare that one player can lead a team far, but their have been cases. The only thing to do is wait and see, but these two players would not have went where they did if the owners only care about revenue because, both are taking a chunk out to prep. for the future, especially the Titans who figured out that they had to start over in order to fix what had been broken.

Well..... the Titans have already got pretty close to the SuperBowl. and I think the Pats proved you don't need SuperStars at every position. Strong Leaders for sure.......... heck, Dan Snyder ain't close to winning a Superbowl, and he has been spending some money.

Vince won't get to the SuperBowl with the team he has now. David Givens?? C'mon...........

Reggie............. I honestly believe they've got the talent to get it done. If Payton can give that team direction, and keep them focused..........

Vince, sure he can.....hes THAT good. Reggie..no. its hard to win a superbowl without signing a contract.

NFC South is too hard for the Saints to win the Super Bowl. Reggie had the bad luck of going to the division with the best defense.

Damn, it just now hit me that my boy is going to be smacking Reggie Bush around on Sundays. I really wanted to see him spying on Young, but I guess Vick and Bush will have to do. Lucky for Vince.

any given sunday....... the NFC South is the least consistent division in the league....... Those teams swap positions every season, so it's really hard to tell.

I'm honestly more worried about Keyshawn tearing up the Panthers than I'm concerned about T.O. in Dallas......... sure he's been quite as a Cowboy, and what has that got him?? Defensively........ I think they look better on paper than they really are.

Tampa Bay......... hmm..... I can't point to anything in particular on this team..... but I know they'll be struggling.... again, my memory is poor, but have they ever put together two playoff appearances back to back??

Atlanta......... what are the chances Vick will play more than 8 games?? Vick plays they win........ Vick doesn't play, they don't........

New Orleans have two recievers who are very capable of recieving 1000 yards.... what I really like about them, is that they are both awesome after the catch... They always get the tightend involved, and they have three runningbacks capable of breaking off 1000 yard seasons..... They've got a probowl QB, and an experienced backup...... offensively, they can put up some points.

They go through DEs like Denver goes through Runningbacks...... I think McKenzie is solid at corner and Fred Thomas with Safety help gets the job done on the other side.

Their weakness is their linebakers & their offensive line.......... last year. they too have a new coaching staff, and as much talent if not more than what we've got on both sides of the ball.

I'm not predicting them to win their division..... but it's possible, with or without bush.

It's possible if both move on to other teams since both their current teams are cursed. Young can probably take a team to a Super Bowl. Bush will just have to get lucky that he is on a Super Bowl calibre team. He would probably be on the sidelines for most of the Super Bowl, similar to the Rose Bowl.

Wow, this guy is just a know-it-all. I wish Fisher and Floyd Reece would have talked to you before the draft. Not to mention the Saints front office. Man, who would think to draft the two best players in college football?? It's CrAzY!

But all of those teams have great defenses. Atlanta is going to have one of the best defenses in the league, Carolina always has one of the best defenses in the league, and TB has a very good defense as well.

I did'nt post it but man I'm glad you said that-----and it's the case every year with this division, that's why it seems like a mediocre division because essentially they are all "crabs in a bucket".:francis:

Great QB's do more than just manage offenses and throw balls. They lead and inspire. Vince Young has the intangibles and raw talent to be a great QB in the NFL. I would not be surprised at all if/when he take a team to the big game. His ability to make clutch decisions and take over games are truly the foundation that the great QBs in NFL history possessed at his age, too.

Great RBs, on the other hand, run. Some lead, but most just run hard. Bush is on an eternally struggling team that continues to make questionable FO decisions and lacks a winning tradition. It's possible that RB takes his team to the Superbowl, but it is improbable, IMO. The Saints will need much more than just Reggie Bush.

The Saints could produce an Olympic-quality 4x100 meter relay team between Reggie Bush, Michael Bennett, Donte Stallworth, Bethel Johnson, and Devery Henderson, but that's about all I expect out of them. They still don't have a very solid team, they still have Benson as their owner, and they're still stuck in New Orleans, which will be a hard draw to get necessary free agents to sign with your team and to retain your own free agents for the next couple years at least. I'm not trying to dog the city of New Orleans because they've been thru more than I can even imagine over the last year, just looking at football facts. If Benson sells the team and it moves to Los Angeles then eventually the team could get to Super Bowl caliber. If the team doesn't move then I don't see Bush resigning after his rookie contract expires, so it'll depend on where he goes after that.

I don't see the Titans winning a Super Bowl any time soon either. Jeff Fisher is likely gone at the end of the year (as NFL Live put it earlier, Fisher is going to pay for the mistakes that he didn't even make and that Floyd Reese should be the one out the door), and as long as Reese and Bud are leading that team I honestly don't see them getting back to a Super Bowl caliber team, but we'll see.

hehehe yeah you right two best players in COLLEGE!!! in NFL as we all know the best of the best players are bigger, and faster.

Still......... Atlanta managed to have the #1 rushing team in the NFL in 2002, and by default, one team from that division has to go to the playoffs...... I'm saying it could be Atlanta, It could be NewOrleans.

Granted, I don't see that happening with their Defense this year, but I didn't think the question was about this year.

I like Bush(no pun intended). I hope every thing works out for him in New Orleans. Even without a contract he has already given a lot to the city. He appears to be a good guy and I hope he does win a championship.

Vince Young? Never. He plays for the Titans which is in the same division as the Texans. The Texans are now set up to put the hurtin on that team for the next 10 years and will beat the Titans for division titles and any time they meet in the playoffs.

That's funny Vinny! He better do it real soon cause MY crystal ball tells me his bird legs will last about 5 years!:crutch: if that!

So then I guess Mario is going to suck too cause he did horrible against Division I-AA schools. And that's even below I-A.

No but you're right, the Titans shouldn't be excited about having the best QB and 3rd best RB in the draft.

The Titans got DeAngelo Williams?

Remember all those newspaper articles, posts by football fans, etc. about how Mack Brown can't win the big game, can't beat Oklahoma, can't win the Big12, can't make it to/win a BCS game, contend for the MNC?

Then along comes Vince Young...

sure they can....in the nfl a team can suck one year and be good the next. look at the bengals.

and the ravens were 20-39-1 in their history before the 2000 season when they won the super bowl

I don't think Bush will live up to his hype any more than USC lived up to ESPN's 'greatest team of all time' hype that led to the Rose Bowl. I think he will end up a better College back than a NFL back. Vince Young? He will play in multiple Super Bowls....that's my crystal ball take.
How many NCAAFB champion quarter back win superbowl vs non champ quarter back?
