Sounds like a great addition to our FO. Denver has always had an eye for talent, so hopefully this will be a great hire who has a history with Kubiak.
 
Its good to see were getting our personal department and GM in order.This team could really use some good people to get everything straight and get the right players in and the right players out without hurting the team.Is is really going to be a job and there are going to be tough decisions to make.I just hope these guys do there job the best they know how for the better of the team and organization..:shoot:

Could have happened a little sooner but you don't want to bring in a new scouting coordinator right before the draft when they haven't done any of the scouting work up to that point, plus Kubiak was definitely in control of the final drafting decisions this time around. It was wise for them to wait until after the draft for this move, and definitely wise of them to make this move in the first place, hopefully they are phasing out all of Casserly's people from the team.
