They are revoluting in Greenbay, first McKenzie, Walker, now Harris!

Harris would be a good edition.

Packers | A. Harris plans to report for training camp
Thu, 1 Jun 2006 06:07:03 -0700

Rob Demovsky, of PackersNews.com, reports Green Bay Packers CB Al Harris is skipping another one of the Green Bay Packers' offseason programs, but he is expected to report on time for training camp. Harris wants the Packers to re-work the five-year, $18 million contract extension he signed in September 2004, and he skipped last month's voluntary minicamp as a way of making his intentions known. When asked on Wednesday, May 31, how far Harris is willing to go, his agent, Jack Bechta said: "Not very far at all." Bechta wouldn't get into specifics about his client's wishes but said Harris won't hold out. "Anything that's mandatory, he'll be at," Bechta said. "It's not going to be a CB Mike McKenzie or WR Javon Walker situation. There's going to be nothing to write about come (training) camp." Harris and Bechta almost certainly know they're unlikely to get a new deal from the Packers considering they're only two years into the current contract and have three years remaining after this one.
