In business you make a decision and move on. The Texans have made a decision despite all of the best advice from McClain and Justice and its time to move on because nothing will change that decision. A decision was made and an action was taken. Mario is the player we chose in the draft and nothing can change it.
Its now time for them and us to move on and hear what is happening to the team and how the players are coming together. Justice and McClain seem to be bitter because nobody would listen to them. Well, McClain and Justice are not the decision makers for the team. Other people are and they should show them the respect they deserve. It was not an easy decision, but they had to make one and get on with it. I bet everyone of us could look at the draft and say we didn't like something they did, but the fact is it is over and done with and its time to move on. It can't be changed.
I would like to hear some reports on Sherman, Moulds, Carr, Walters, Mathis, young Shan, Coach Smith. There is a ton of reports that could be done that would interest the Houston readership and Texans fans across the country. Kubiak is a wealth of information and if you listen to the man you will hear a man who plays the NFL chess game. He has a reason for everything he does and he speaks basically without notes. He has it all in his mind and he knows where he's going and I suspect the weakness and strengths of everyone on the ball club.
I listen to Kubiak in awe, because he is a very rare football mind. He is a young Walsh. What is amazing is he is suppose to have been a poor communicator. Every time I have listened to the man he has more than convinced me why he's doing what he did. He has one big trait that Capers didn't have and that is he can think on his feet and on the run. Nothing is going to bother him or get by him on the field of play. Houston fans we struck pay dirt and you should sit back and enjoy the ride.
Anyway, GOOOOOOO TEEEEXANS......................
