Did anyone else catch that little blurb by Bud? I heard it on Ch.2's 6PM news. VY said it would be sweet if the Titans did that. I think it was just an off the cuff remark by Bud - had to be wishful thinking since those dates are sown up - but it was still scary

SUGAR LAND — Vince Young may not be playing many NFL games in Texas other than the divisional game in Houston, but the owner who drafted him wouldn't mind putting him on exhibit in Austin.

Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams, the former owner of the Houston Oilers, drafted the Longhorn quarterback with the third pick in the first round on Saturday and said the Titans could play an exhibition game at Royal-Memorial Stadium when asked about the possibility.

Im not surprised .. I think Adams picked young just so he could continue to steal fans from Texas. Talent was probably an afterthought in his draft process.

H+H - yeah the fans in Houston were really cheering when you pick him up, you weren't trying to get back at the Texans were you?

H+H - so Bud, you do know that you're gonna have to pay him like $40 million plus

McClain liked it and was gonna play it up in Titanland as well.

Considering that I wouldn't have to drive very far, I guess I'd go, but I'd be wearing a Steel Blue #90 jersey.
