Mario Williams seems like a STAND UP guy...

It just seems to me that Mario Williams is a "down to earth" guy...

He seems like is is a man of character. HECK, the guy worked at Subway during all 4 years of college. He would leave football practice, and go over to Subway to work a shift.

I GUARANTEE you that Reggie Bush did not work while he was in college :money:

Thats great and all but drafting him number one will haunt us for years to come.

Yeah its illegal. Most of the time lawyers just buy your parents a house to live in and give you lots of benefits and such.....

Didn't you see Reggie Bush working for Subway on TV? For his sake and our sake I hope this guy is the real deal otherwise it's going to make 2-14 look like a fond memory.

From SI's Peter King:

"I think the amount of pressure on Mario Williams will be incredible. Imagine what the people in Houston feel. Their team passed on local hero Vince Young and on the best player in the draft, Bush. Imagine what happens to Williams when he goes four games without a sack. That's my biggest question about this kid. How, at 21, with a jillion dollars in the bank and never having been subjected to the kind of scrutiny he'll be facing in Houston, will he handle the heat?"

I hate that the Texans put him in that spot. The easy pick was the right pick IMO. No questioning or second-guessing a Reggie Bush pick at No. 1 overall. There surely is for this pick.

This is what I have been saying the entire time and given Williams proclivity for dissappering against tough offenses he is ripe for the picking to fail.

Or he'll play with a chip on his shoulder and prove the numerous doubters wrong.

I hope the fans back Williams. Blame the front office but support him.
