So what are Payne's, Babin's, and Peek's contract status?

We might see some movement before June 1 - Peek might be packaged with a pick to move up in the draft if we can find an interested 3-4 team. He seems made for the 3-4 OLB spot. I have concerns about him being a full-time DE, and I'm not sure I'd hang onto to him as a pass rushing specialist with the other players we have.

As you said, a straight cut June 1st for one of them is certainly possible too. I think we are going to see a few familiar faces hitting the road; I'm not sure whch ones, but there will be some turnover.

i say we cut them all. babin is a bust...payne is aging but peek could be good on special teams

Add Wong in here after the OLB 2nd round pick and him being hurt...IF we could get another 2nd (say the Pats) for Babin Peek and a low pick I would be all for it and get Justice (preferabley), Winston or Mcneil.

Those guys wont make the team, sorry Babin. Damn this sucks because I thought Babin could move down on the line. What a bunch of crap
