Will Vince Young and/or Reggie Bush have ego issues?

Considering all of the hype surrounding these two players, i would not be suprised if at least one of these guys has T.O.-esque persona issues.

Discuss.
 
They both seem like down to earth guys, but they're both use to, if not being the man, being one of the top 2-3 contributors on the team.

If the Texans end up with Bush, then he will be worked into the offense immediately, so I see him just going with the flow and adjusting to the NFL game.

As far as VY, I see him getting a little frustrated carrying a clip board too much and not being able to get in the game. Not to mention, if Houston gets him, you'll have a huge VY and Texan fan base wanting to bench Carr and put VY in right now. Having his fan base screaming for him is going to stoke his ego and make him impatient, if he's not playing.
 
young's been in his little protective bubble his whole life, he'll have to get used to being outside of it for the first time in his life. as a team i'd be worried about this considering he pulled some guy from the drive-through window at arby's to be his agent.

i imagine both will have big egos.

Vince requested to be redshirted his freshman season so that he'd have a better understanding of the offese.

Does that sound like somebody that's going to get frustrated watching from the sidelines as he learns?
 
I dont think VY has an ego issue,but i do think Bush is a fake.I think he is the type to say what people want to hear.Believe me I love his game and wanted him to come here but as time past by you start seeing that he is just being coached to say the right things.In reality he still sucks at it because he still hesitates when he speaks.Did yall see his interview yesterday?My point exactly!Besides I also question him on just being money hungry.I know he wants to support his family but if they were leasing a $750,000 house they must of not been doing that bad.
 
I highly doubt any of them will. Why? Because football is such a huge team sport, and if they really did, we would have heard about them by now. And to be honest, there is hardly any rookie in the NFL that isn't humbled by the NFL experience. Shady players like TO are really few and far between. Reggie Bush works out with LT, so I really think he would be a great locker room guy. And I've never head any of VY's teamates say anything less than stellar comments about him.

Wanting a big payday is a whole different issue however...

well the problem with the bush's leasing the house is that they don't know if they were paying the full price to lease it, so maybe they aren't as well off as you think. I don't really see any problems with these guys, they both seem to have there head on straight, i use to question vince but i think he knows what to do now. as for bush being coached for interviews, i'm pretty sure every draft prospect is told the same thing by there agents, answer the questions without getting yourself into trouble. are some guys better at this than others, of course, but i wouldn't be worried about his character because he hesitated when answering a question. plus, he is getting alot of questions about the house and that is a subject that he can't really get into because of the investigation.

Young pulls in an agent from Arby's, and Bush starts a collecting a house for each member of his family for every game he throws as a payoff from bribes made with bookies.
Of course his parents will make all the arangements and collections for him so he can not be linked to the crime.
NOTE: Do you see how stupid making post like these are, grow up.
