Wanted to come by and see what was going on with you guys and Eric Moulds.....

I can see why Eric would want to come to the Texans...they are making all the right moves to get their ship turned around.

I have been following the bills since long before Eric was a rookie and could probably answer questions you might have....I am a fan of his....
 
Ehhh....except that one. Bills fans are in the dark on this as well.

I meant player strengths and weakness, charactor, leadership, etc.

Up until this last year I thought he was the model team player....

The thing is...(if you get him) you are getting a MUCH better player then you think you are. You might have your favorites on your team right now but Eric Moulds is going to be your BEST wideout come opening day. He is always in shape.....has drawn double coverage every year since he became a starter (he got peerless price parlayed for a 1st round draft pick for christ sake)

But we drafted JP Losman....a rookie who is rough around the edges. And JPL and Lee Evans are biulding chemistry....this apparently has started to become the beginning of the end of Moulds in Buffalo because he is used to being THE guy.

All the Buffalo wideouts have nothing but good things to say about him though......Lee Evans credits him with being a good mentor.

Our defense last year made JP Losman look like an all pro on opening day of 2005.

And Carr, he looked like a chump most of the game, except for the TD run.
 
I hear that JP is being dealt though. Apparently the Bills new FO doesnt like him.

Think that means that the Bills are more likely to play hardball with the Moulds trade agreement?

I thought I heard 4 years, 12 mil - - but that seems low

I have been wanting Moulds for months (I though he was going to be cut months ago because of the contract), I am pumped about this.

Sweet! :thumbup Although I might not agree that he'll be our BEST receiver, considering the talent of one Andre Johnson. Although I won't mind if he's able to challenge AJ for that spot.

I'm stoked if this deal goes through! :redtowel:
 
Whether our Depth chart says Moulds, Johnson or Johnson, Moulds.. we are gonna give defenses headaches with that tandem.

He's this year's Phillip Buchanon. We'd be better off without him. Casserly will overpay him. I wouldn't allow Casserly to spend another dime because Casserly always gets the ****ty end of the deal.

Casserly is on his way out next year. Let's wait until next year before we go after the "can't miss" overrated free agent.

Slow down there Mr assasin.... :challenge

Moulds if a very proven commodity not a guy with potential like Buchanon was....

I think Casserley has shown this off season he is capable of putting things together pretty well.
 
Im happy to know that this guy will be coming to our team. He will be a great addition to our WR core and to our offense. Now we have AJ,Moulds,Cook,Putzier,Mathis all open to catch a pass each down. This will give carr alot more options so that he doesnt get sacked.
