Carr puts his house on the market . . . . humorous speculation

Inside sources within the Texans organization, under the the condition of anonymity, have secretly confided in me that Texans' quarterback David Carr, extremely upset by Vince Young's decision to enter the 2006 draft, has placed his house up for sale.

Take that, John McClain. :neener:

and I hope Mr. Young goes to the Titans .... this MB will certainly be an interesting place

If it shakes out this way, the Texans will lose fans and money. That is a fact.

Yeah I heard that, and I also heard he is looking in New Orleans. Saints are interviewing Pat Hill, Fresno State's Head Coach. And from my inside sources; Texans sign Carr and trade with the Saints. David Carr, a 3rd round this year, & next year's 1st round for New Orleans 1st round this year & a second from next.

The Texans select Bush and Young with the first and second pick.:pigfly:

Is this true?

If so, it's an all new "low" for Carr. He's been told that he's staying, so does he think that the only reason VY is declaring for the draft is because VY got the secret OK from a Texans official that we're swinging a deal on Carr?

And here I thought it really was as simple as believeing that we were taking Reggie Bush "even if VY declared for the draft..."

Pass the tums.

Typically we wait until April Fool's Day to use the message board as one's own little tool to draw attention to one's self.

I guess you're also stocking up on whoopee cushions and fake barf, or maybe you're driving by golf courses and honking your horn on a golfer's backswing.

What a waste of thread space...

The thread title says "humorous speculation" gpshafer. I know you're red-faced because you're the only one that didn't get the joke, but try not to let your embarassment get you down.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. No one will truly know that until the season starts. Band wagoners will jump on the band wagon when the team is actually playing better and winning games.

Well if we have to draft a UT player on the first day every few seasons to appease the UT fans and keep them "happy"... then they arent fans we need. They arent supporting the franchise.

Jump on your bandwagon and go wherever the wind blows you.

You missed the ketchup trail to the ladies room at WalMart. Or is it only my kids that did that stuff? :tiptoe:

Carr will be traded for Gus Ferrote RB for Ricky Williams, and Warren Moon will be the new QB coach:redtowel:

I'm hoping the Saints do us a favor and take Young instead of Line Art. I'd become a huge Saints fan if that happened. Young, Deuce, Donte, and Horn? That is just scary.

I could live with Line Art and Chow reunited in Tennessee. I'd hate to root against Young twice a year though.
