I have been on the Kubiak bandwagon since they took Fran-****in-cone over him at Maroon U TAMU. He is a great guy and a good leader, cant wait till he turns D-Carr into a pro-bowler or real close.

Kubiack is my choice, but I am please to see the quality that we are bringing in and could be happy with just about any of them.

Kubiak is the popular choice, and he would be my 2nd choice. My 1st choice would be Miami Dolphins offensive coordinator Scott Linehan. He only has 4 yrs NFL experience, but 3 of them was as the OC of Minnesota when they were one of the top offenses in the league. But what is most impressive to me is that he took Miami's offense with Sage Rosenfels and Gus Ferrotte, and an Offensive line that was worse than the Texans last year, and turned them around. They had a rough start going 3-7 in their first 10 games, but won their last 6 games to finish at 9-7. To me, that is impressive.

why kubiak? Supposedly he's not a good interviewer. If he can't convince an owner to hire him, how can he convince and motivate his team to play for him on sundays???? Ill take linehan! If he can work wonders with rosenfels and frerotte, imagine what he can do with carr and johnson? Also he was oc in minnesota, look at theire offense from last yr when he was there to this yr when he left.

Channel 2 said the Iowa coach (I think that's the right college) is Mr. McNair's first choice and he is going to be interviewing him very soon. I confess..I don't know a thing about him but I am sure he's done quite well and perhaps is ready for the move to the NFL.

I'm sure Mr. McNair will give everybody a even chance and it's fun to see how this is all coming together.

I do feel badly for Coach Capers though. I'm very sorry it didn't work out for him.

Id rather have Rivera, I mean look at his defense!!! Get Martz as a coordinator.. I dunno if anyone will give him a HC job again after his tenure in Stl

You left off Kirk Ferentz. You need to drop some of those names and add the names of coaches that are being interviewed.

I prefer Cameron. His track record with QBs is remarkable. Drew Brees was named to the Pro Bowl last year and is the alternate this year. Randle El was an All-American QB under him at Indiana. Gus Frerotte made the Pro Bowl with Cameron as his QB coach with the Redskins. He also coached Harbaugh at Michigan.

Another reason why I prefer Cameron is that unlike some of the other coordinators he actually calls 98 percent of San Diego's plays. They had a 70 percent touchdown percentage in the red zone this season.

He also has five years of head coaching experience. He struggled at Indiana but I saw this stat that I thought was remarkable. Indiana was 4-4 in the Big Ten the year he was fired. Indiana's Big Ten record the two years prior to his arrival and the four years since: 5-43.

He's also coached or played under Schottenheimer, Schembechler, and Bob Knight. I would think he'd have pretty good toughness.
