I skipped all of the off-season hyperbole, but now it's game day. It's time to see what the Texans have.

The doctor re-evaluated, and realized he was wrong in making that diagnosis since Matt Schaub is, in fact, Kal-El/Superman and has a different physiology from regular humans.

He was the Man of Steel tonight, regardless of whether you like him or not.

No doubt. Schaub played better than he ever played save the Broncos game last year.

I am hoping the o line play was an anomaly / Dwight Freeney and not a consistent problem. Give Schaub time and I think he will be very dangerous.

Don't give me "it was garbage time". There is no garbage time in a game you win by a QB. He converted on 3rd and 18, 3rd and 13, 3rd and 11 and 3rd and 8. Manning, Brady, Luck, Eli or any other QB you want to call "elite" would take both his stat line and his result today. In 2010 Matt put in these kind of performances all year but the defense was the worst I've ever seen. He put that team on his back several times that year and they slithered off. This time the D nutted up and held up their own.

And the Texans became the first team that fields only the minimum numbers of players since they had cut the like of Mercilus, B Jones, Sharpton, Jean, Keo, E Reed, Schaub, Martin, etc.

All I'm hearing about is Peyton & Kaepernick. Brady & Belichick. Saints coach is back. Chip Kelly new 2nd best coach in the league. RG III has 2 knees...

Texans aren't on the radar.
