I think we'll end up the season going into the playoffs on a high - but there will be a couple of dud games - and we'll especially have troubles with the young QB teams - Seattle, San Francisco, Indy, Tennessee and Oakland (I know I'm going to get crap for predicting a loss to Oakland, but I see a decent amount of upside in that team, and think they may well be settled into having Pryor as QB by time we face them...plus we're usually good for throwing a game that we "should" win).

TBH I like TK's koolaid better than mine ... The goal beginning every season should be 19-0 for every team. I just don't see any team reaching that goal any time soon .... especially this year , there several really strong teams and they all play each other during the season.

We scraped up a win tonight, but I didn't like what I saw. 10-6 is looking optimistic right now.
 
My only concern with the game is the Oiler's new found running
game against the steelers and the fact that the Texans are playing
on a short week after a super late start and an unbelievable
(energy draining) rally.

I'd give everyone an extra half day of rest if possible. If the guys
are sapped, then this could be a trap game..

Thank God it is at home..

It was nice to get a win last night but the Texans were exposed by a mediocre team. I'm seeing 9-7 and maybe even 8-8 because of the nfc west. They were supposed to beat the chargers. I have them going 2-2 against the NFC west but that division got a lot tougher this year and could be 1-3 or even 0-4. The Rams and Cardinals are much improved. The Chiefs are much better this year under Andy Reid. The Texans schedule is a lot tougher than it looked when it first came out. The same schedule last year would have been much easier. Peyton is better and has way more targets and Luck has a year under his belt. The only gimmes I see are the raiders and jags.

Didn't we learn our lesson last year? We'll see who's who & what's what in December. As long as we can keep pace between now & then we'll be ok. December is a long way from now & the teams you saw this weekend won't be the teams we see in December.

Falcons and Jaguars win. Texans alone at the bottom at 2-10. Who could have possibly foreseen this? I figured the Texans were going to slip a few games, but this is ridiculous.
 
watch of for the redskins bills and tampa they might sneak into at least the first 3 picks

thats only tho if we somehow beat Indy and tenn which is not a givin IMO those games could go rather way esp TENN
