Guess it means we have finally made "it" First we get accused repeatedly of being a dirty team and now teams want to shove things in very small places. And Im not talking about the back of a Volkswagen.

I love it. Bulletin board material for week 2. That might not have been the wisest thing to say just before playing a team that runs the ZBS.

Not saying the Texans OL would do anything intentional but he might want to wear knee braces in week 2.
:voodoo:

He can talk all he wants after beating the team formerly known as the Steelers. Seems we're in his head already. Good.

Anyway, my perception of today's Titans/Steelers game was it didn't beg the question of how good the Titans are, but how bad the Steelers are right now.

The injuries to Pittsburgh only added salt in the wound for those guys in black and gold.

I hope they enjoy their superbowl.

This is why I love having McNair as our owner instead of Bud Adams. The
Texans are built to be a great football team, with out all the drama.

Bud Adams did us a favor moving the Oilers. He is very unprofessional, and it shows in how his team plays.

The NFL will be better off when this guy lets his heir take control of the team.

I've always wondered (well since the early 80's anyway) how a guy can be so dang wealthy and keep such a shoddy appearance. Bad haircuts and suits that looked like they were picked up from Goodwill. A good suit isn't all that expensive. Having one tailored to fit you isn't that much more expensive and it fits properly. The guy just looks like a used car salesman in a 1972 leisure suit working at a "we finance" car lot.:wadepalm:

Who's Jurrell Casey ?

Dlineman. Several folks in the Mock Draft section has him pegged going pretty high in the draft and he did. Seems to have been fairly solid thus far.

Don't know that he's been that good or around that long to be talking smack, but then I suppose anyone can do that.

Hell, none of us on this board have ever taken a pro snap and a whole lot of the time during the season we have our own little "Smack Shak" around here. :kitten:

We haven't even played the Chargers yet and the smack talk is already starting with the Titans.

Man, it sure is nice to be back to live NFL football. I love it.

“We made sure we put those Terrible Towels up their butts all day long,” Casey said, via Jim Wyatt of the Tennesseean. “They waved them at the beginning of the game, but they left pretty early.”

Which seems a reasonable travel plan, if you had a towel making your seat more uncomfortable than it already was watching the home team.

The Steelers had to have felt similarly treated, as the Titans sacked quarterback Ben Reothlisberger five times, and held Pittsburgh to 32 rushing yards.

“You could see it in Ben’s eyes - he wanted to get back to that locker room pretty quick,” said Casey, who had two of the sacks. “As long as we keep getting to quarterbacks, it’s going to be like that all year.”

This kid is going to be a gold mine!

Off topic, but I saw a lot of teams running a lot of Zone yesterday, Tennessee being one of them.

I always wondered why he couldn't afford a better toupee than that dead muskrat or whatever it is that he wears on his head.
