where do they come up with this **** geez. Anyway i us to win this week. We are not the worst team in the league. we have to much talent to be. we are going to cut lose this week

we don't have too much talent...talent wise we may in fact be the worst team in the leauge...

u dont think we can beat the titans. by the way i think the jets are out of the bush hunt this week. they play oakland at home. so who cares... i just want us to get one more win, just to show that we are not pushovers. are the titans better than us?

They beat the crap out of us in our home stadium. I want us to win, but don't bet on it.

I have to say without even breaking down the rosters that we have more talent than the Jets and 49ers, especially on offense.

The Titans are going to beat us. We have shown that we can't stop the pass or the run and they have one of the top quarterbacks in the league. Chris Brown and Travis Henry are pretty good too. If we can't beat the lowly Ravens or the Rams who had the worst defense and a 3rd string QB from Harvard, we have no chance at beating the Titans on the road.

And tell me what team doesn't crave Reggie Bush? He is the best player in college football, is a good kid, and makes defenders look like they shouldn't be playing D-IA football.

Even if management isn't looking to draft Bush, they better be acting like they are and putting on a good poker face to fatten the pot. I would draft Bush if I were in that spot and if they aren't they better be sell it that way for more and better picks.

I don't know if they can afford not to draft Reggie Bush if they have the chance. The fan outcry over Derrick Johnson was bad enough, I expect this would be many times worse than that.

Very true, if we have the #1 and whoever has #2 wants Bush, they won't be willing to offer much to trade up and get him if they know we aren't going to draft him, although other teams may offer something good for him. Hopefully the teams with the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th picks all really want Bush so we can start taking offers and charge up the ante for him.

Now we are talking, demand based upon wants and needs rather than hype.

Whats wrong with hype? We do need a playmaker in the backfield, what you got against Bush?

Hype ain't a bad thing for an individual as it can generate demand exponentially which is not a bad thing for our Texans either since we are on track for the #1 pick. But it is not good for our team to buy into the hype that we must take him because these type of players come around once in a lifetime.

I will be just like you, interested to see how Bush will fare in his first NFL game wherever that maybe.

Nah! Only if he played for the horns.

Who exactly IS texans management? YOu mean the HC that won't be here or the GM that might not be here or the owner who will definitely be here?

I think it's a safe bet to say that 80-90% of Division 1A players aren't NFL-quality.

I think the numbers are closer to 1-3% of college FB players make it to the pros.

Im mixed on this subject. I know we need OL talent but a player like Bush is alot to pass up on. Just think, if we draft him we will be on Monday Night Football vs. the Cowgirls. The media coverage will show up and we will get a little more hype. Its somthing for Texans managment to think of.
