report:UT McCoy and Hicks sent home for sexual abuse

I just the 6:00 news on KXAN here in Austin and they say the girl smelled of alcohol and cannot say for sure if an assault took place. At the moment the case sounds flimsy.

Don't kill the messenger, I'm only stating what I just saw. Of course, if such an assault took place I would want justice to be done.

Here Is The Police Report For The Sexual Assault Allegation Against Two University Of Texas Football Players

...
The alleged victim told police, "I feel ashamed saying this, but I know [REDACTED] was in me. [REDACTED] just stood there and watched. I don't quite remember." The reporting officer noted that he observed bruising on the victim's right knee and left bicep. The hotel room was processed by investigators. The alleged victim was taken to a nearby hospital for an evaluation. The two suspects were also transported separately to the same hospital to be evaluated by the same nurse a sexual assault nurse examiner.

The entire police report can be read below:

The joke may have been about McCoy but it was about him just watching a rape.

Look i got a sick sense of humor, but I know when and where to use it.

Looks like the news report quotes the girl as saying someone just stood and watched.

And it is an "alleged sexual assault" at this point.

Bad decision by her if she invited guys she just met to her room after a night of drinking. Bad decision by them if when they got there she didn't want to have sex, even if she led them to believe that's what she initially wanted.

Ladies don't drunkenly invite guys back to your room and guys when/if she resists or says no, get up and leave. (if that's what happened).

No kidding. Lots of college kids get drunker than they intended to ... doesn't mean they deserve to be taken advantage of.

who says she was taken advantage of ? I have a buddy of mine who did 5 years for "rape" i was at the party and the girl was all over him and they went to a room where she dragged him. In the morning she snuck out, turns out she had a husband and she claimed she was raped. I testified for him and so did a few others but it didnt matter cause it was her word against ALL OF US.

Things arent always as they appear. Many innocent guys have been locked up with no evidence and they just go off the womans word.

In todays justice system it is guilty until proven innocent. We all know and have seen this.
