FML - Texans VS Colts....a Different kind, Let's Predict :(

Ok this weeks Prediction thread will be slightly different. Instead of scores we will predict what dumb calls kubiak will make in next weeks game as well as the dumb plays Schaub will make.

I say - We will be winning by 1 point with 10 minutes to go and Kubiak will pull our starters to get rested up for our one and done play-off run.

What say you :)

not that it really means anything, but the colts played pretty crappy today too. it'll take some balls to go into indy and win next week -- especially with Pagano returning for his first home game presumably.

that all said, im as optimistic as they come, and I think we have less than a 25% chance at winning

I agree. We looked pathetic. I just hate the negativity all the damn time, not just from you but from many others here. Starts to take the fun out of football but that's just my opinion. You have the right to post whatever you want obviously but starting a thread that just asks for a weeks worth of negative posts is dumb.

I ain't mad at ya though...just my two cents.
 
We're basically flipping roles. I don't know that the Colts will really have anything to play for next week. A lot will depend on the Ravens game I'm sure and I know the Colts will want to stay at the #5 seed, but I don't know who would hold the tie-breaker between them and the Bengals if they were to have the same record.

Yeah. This board makes me hate being a Texans fan sometimes. We're a bunch of whiny, spoiled, entitled bitchmade ****s. Hate being lumped in with fans like this.

I honestly don't know how this fan base has gotten this way. It's not like we're a Super Bowl favorite every year and rack up 10 win seasons like it's nothing. We're spoiled brats, but I seriously don't know why.

No idea. I hope that we don't turn into Patriots or Saints fans if we taste success at some point. We're almost already there. ****ing annoying.

you couldn't be more wrong here. i live in boston and we are no where near as annoying as patriots fans are. not saying that it won't happen in the future, but we are not close at this point.

Even being on that road is scary enough. I'd rather never win a Super Bowl than turn into Boston sports fans.

fair point, but patriots fans are another breed from the other 3 boston sports. maybe i'm biased, though. patriots are the only ones i don't root for.

From what I see, the only way the Colts play the Patriots is if the Pats lose to Miami next week. Since that's unlikely to happen I doubt they'll make too much of an effort to win. It doesn't make sense from a strategic standpoint. They have some vets who are sure to be wearing jumpsuits next week. Wayne, Freeney, Mathis, and maybe even luck will all sit. Why beat yourself up over a meaningless game?
 
Colts will destroy us. We're going to be the third seed and the only possible way this Texans team survives the playoffs for more than one week is if we get a first round bye. Ain't happening.

I wish Thorn was right but I don't think this Texans team could tell **** from shinola and they'll be just as surprised by the Colts energy as they seemed to be by the Vikings.
