vs one NFC team

I thought the NFC was the stronger conference.

Houston, Denver, New England, Baltimore, Indianapolis

All with 9 wins.

Atlanta is the lone NFC team with more than 9 wins after week 14.

While the win stat may be true. I still think that the more dangerous teams are in the NFC. The Giants, 49ers, packers. I would rather face any other team with in the AFC with the exception of the patriots.

Why? The NFC sux duck butt.

The only thing the NFC has over the AFC is that the NFL Network and ESPN both do nothing but cover the NFC East.

The only word I take exception to. Week fourteen isn't over yet & both the Packers & 49ers can get their ninth win today.

What are the chances of Indy running the table which would mean beating us twice ?

You'd rather face the Broncos or Baltimore than the Giants & 49ers? Packers I can understand... Giants & 9ers?

eh....

They could technically run the table, beat us twice, and still not win the division. Then, we play them in Houston in the AFCC and beat the SNOT outta them, LOL.

Yes, no doubt. The Giants are deadly in the playoffs. Eli is a thousand times better than Flacco. Flacco is not a very good QB. And the 49ers defense is the best in the NFl, not even close. And I still see Peyton struggling in the playoffs. He's still good but he's not the same peyton.

I don't believe in the Giants' ability to turn it on. Last year, they were getting healthy at this point in the season which lead to their play-off run. This year, they're healthy & not playing particularly well.

The Ravens are more than just Flacco. Not playing their best ball right now, I don't fear the Giants any more than I fear the Ravens

49ers.... best defense... not even close... I don't think so. I don't think they are even in the discussion. Pittsburgh, Houston when we get a Healthy Jjo, then Denver is pretty close.

& Denver has the better Manning.

edit
I'm sorry, I can't say that with a straight face. The 49ers defense is pretty badass.

Well, I guess we disagree. I don't fear the Ravens at all. Especially in Reliant. I would rather face Flacco over Eli in a playoff game any day of the week and twice on sunday. But hey, what do I know.

Just saying, we've played the Ravens several times & I don't think it was Flacco that beat us.

One of the Colts TDs was on defense.

The Colts scored nothing in the 2nd quarter. While the Titans scored FGs.

In the second half, it took a pair of Colts FGs to win the game. From like 40 and 50 yards. Meaning they couldn't advance beyond about the 30 and 40, meaning they weren't able to score a TD on the Titans defense. Couldn't even get to the RZ.

I don't fear the Colts. Look at Luck's stats today: Pedestrian against a really bad Titans defense.

We can sweep them.

I mean other than throwing down 42 points..... the Giants ain't got nothing.

Nothing.

They looked pretty good tonight.

Tell that to New Orleans.

The NFC is 31-23 against the AFC this season, and only 5 NFC teams have losing records against AFC teams.

10 of 16 NFC teams are above .500, just 7 in the AFC.

Which they did.

I think the top AFC and NFC are close in quality. However, there are more really bad teams in the AFC than the NFC.

Everyone says the AFC is weak, but ****.....I look at the six teams and every potential matchup throughout is NUTS. Houston, Denver, New England, Baltimore, Indianapolis, and Pittsburgh? You kiddin' me?! The storylines are plentiful. As a Texans fan it's pretty nervewracking but as a football fan, it's juicy as hell. I just hope the Jets don't slip in. Ugh. That would throw a wrench into everything in terms of enjoyment. **** the Jets. They have no business anywhere NEAR the playoffs.

The NFC seems a bit more, I don't know. Chicago isn't very good right now and they're in the 6th spot. Then on the outside looking in you have the Redskins, Cowboys, and Vikings. Quite honestly, even with Griffin, I have no desire to see either of those three teams slip in. Seattle would be a fun watch. Atlanta is SEVERELY vulnerable. Still think San Francisco is the class of the NFC.
