Map of NFL cities by division

I thought the NFL did the Colts a favor when they put the Colts in the AFC South & the Dolphins in the AFC East.
 
Looking at that map a Texan, Saint, Titan, Cowboy division makes the most sense for us. They would never take the Cowboys out of the NFC East but it would be a fun division for rivalries.
 
If the divisions were re-done based on geography-

I don't know if I'd cross the conferences. The NFC should still be the NFC & the AFC should still be the AFC.
 
NFC/AFC be damned--I like RMartin's division for us--Cowboys, Saints, Tits--obvious rivalries all.

Titans cause, well, F-F-F-***CK YOU. cowpies cause cowpies, Saints for making me watch Phillips & Campbell for another city.

I like it--all divisional rivalry, all the time.
 
I've always wanted this too and I couldn't care less about the old AFL vs. NFL stuff. They've been together for way too long to think it makes any difference.

What does make a difference is the television ratings the Cowboys get because they are rooted AGAINST by New York fans, Philadelphia fans, Washington DC fans, etc. They are not America's team; they are America's enemy.
 
wow, I guess I never realized how packed into the east the NFL is...seems like the west coast could use a an extra team or two.

Call me a fan of Hou/DFW/Buck Teeth/NOLA division. That would be epic. Big time.

Lot more people on the wast coast. Major towns are much closer to each other. The west sucks.

I love it, but your last 2 teams is a problem. Dont' see how the Jets and Giants in the same division (or even conference) works (not that I care).
