@ Jesse James 182 when Bud Adams had the teams the Oilers in Houston, the city was uncooperative at the time with assisting Bud Adams in getting a new stadium from the old Astro dome, there were few options available when the lease was up for the Astro dome, so Mr. Adams chose to move the team to Nashville, as that city was willing to build a state of the art facility. The Houston Texans came a long later, and the city of Houston without a team was more willing then to build a new stadium. The Houston Texans have been losers every year until the past 2 years, when former Houston Oilers coach Bum Phillips son Wade Philips came along as defensive coordinator, helping the team finally have a winning record, but the jury is still out on how this years version of the Houston Texans finishes the year.
