Week 7 Texans VS BYE WEEK. Lets Predict ;)

Vote RED!!!
I predict we remain the top team in the AFC, especially since our only contender is on their bye week also :).

I also predict a very long 2 weeks until the next game.

Overall i like our odds in this one ;) !

It's a necessary evil for the fans and good for the team. My marriage will be better off for it as well. If we actually had 3 home games in a row without the bye, I'd be in trouble. But damn, tailgating sure is fun. :texflag:

2-4

2006: L 6-34 at Cowboys
2007: W 23-10 vs. Saints
2008: L 12-31 at Titans (that was after the hurricane threw everything off)
2009: L 17-20 vs Titans
2010: L 17-30 at Colts
2011: W 20-13 at Jacksonville

Damn..... wish I didn't ask.

Hope everybody can heal whatever nagging injuries they have. Ready to see a healthy dose of Tate against the Bills. Hope Jean gets more snaps as the season moves along, really like his hands. JJo's groin should be healing up, he should be back in top form soon.

Bye jumps out to an early lead, but we rally on the strength of a few JJ Swat bat-downs..

Let's build on this. Imagine that the Colts trounce the Titans in Tennessee. They then host the Dolphins, play at Jacksonville, then at New England, then host the Bills.

Let's say they find a way to beat the Patriots in the same manner that Indy beat Greenbay, fluke & what-not. They can be 8-3 & on a roll.

Meenwhile, we come out flat after the bye & fall to Buffalo. Then to Chicago. We beat Jville & Detroit, then go to Tennessee @ 8-3

Then the race is on. We'd still have @Tennesee @NewEngland, Indy, Minny, then @Indy left to play. While they would have @ Buffalo, Tennessee, @Houston, @KC, & Houston.

That would be interesting, but I don't see the Colts being able to pull that off. The threat to the to the Texans is the Patriots.

I see the Patriots starting on a roll here. After the bye week, we will still be 6-1, and the Patriots will likely be 5-3 after a win over the Rams. They have their tougher games at home for the rest of the season and easier games on the road. We have the opposite, with games against the Bears and Patriots on the road.

I expect our game at Foxboro to be critical regarding the playoff picture.

Miyagi give Clubber the week off. No "Pain" this week. Heal instead.
