Falcons running back Turner charged with DUI

Turner, 30, of Suwanee, was booked into the jail just after 5 a.m., and was released about two hours later on $2,179 bond, according to jail records.

Gwinnett police spokesman Ed Ritter said early Tuesday that he didn’t yet have details on Turner’s arrest.

Lt. Sean Smith of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office said the traffic citation given to Turner shows he was pulled over for driving 97 mph in a 65 mph speed zone.

97 in a 65 is only about one third over :) and he wasn't drunk; he just took too many head-shots. :tiphat:

I think Snelling will get a lot of the carries. A lot of people are high on Rogers now in Fantasy leagues, but I'm not buying it. He's not big enough to take the runs up the middle like Turner does, and in the limited plays he has run this year, he's hasn't made an impact at all. His longest rush is 6 yards, and longest catch 7 yards. I don't see him turning into CJ Spiller or Darren Sproles any time soon.
 
Hye dummy, put this number on your phone or scratch it onto your saddle. The commericals are annoying as hell, but obviously they are effective.
